THE STELLAR TECHNIQUE: BUILDING TO FULL COVERAGE: It’s like your skin, but seriously up a notch! To build, let the first application dry, add a second layer of product only where needed. Do NOT blend. WAIT 30 seconds for product to half-set, then gently pat to blend.
